Guest Passes

Guest passes are available exclusively to Akwa Marina members.

Members may purchase passes on behalf of their guests, subject to daily availability and the club's guest registration policies.

Explore Beach Club Membership

We offer two guest registration options:

Pre-Registered Guest Pass: $10 per person, per day

Available when purchased through our online booking portal at least 24 hours before your visit.

Same-Day Guest Pass: $20 per person, per day

Available directly through our Marina Crew, subject to guest capacity.

We encourage members to register in advance to receive the discounted rate and help secure space for their guests.

To qualify for the discounted $10 daily rate, guests must be registered through our online booking portal at least 24 hours before their visit.

Guest availability is limited and may vary between peak and non-peak days.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during weekends and busy summer periods.

Purchase Guest Passes

Upon arrival, the member should visit the designated check-in location and speak with our Marina Crew.

If your guests were registered in advance, provide your reservation name so the crew can issue their wristbands.

For same-day requests, the crew will check availability and collect the applicable guest fee before issuing passes.

At the end of your visit, please remove and discard your guest wristbands.

Check-in procedures may be updated as needed.

Yes, subject to availability.

Members may ask the Dock Crew whether any same-day guest passes remain available. If space is available, passes can be purchased for $20 per guest.

Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted for same-day registration.

Please note that passes may be unavailable when the club has reached its daily guest limit.

Children under 12 years old may visit without a guest registration fee, provided they are accompanied by their parents.

Guests ages 12 through 17 must be registered and accompanied by a parent.

All guests must follow the marina's applicable safety and supervision policies.

Beach Club membership includes the member, their significant other, and their children under the age of 25.

A standard membership includes two key cards.

Additional membership arrangements are available for qualifying adult children of existing members.

Yes. Qualifying adult children of existing members may apply for additional seasonal membership arrangements.

Junior Membership — $200 per season

Available to unmarried children of members over 25 years old. Includes one key card.

Couples Membership — $400 per season

Available to married children of members over 25 who do not have children. Includes two key cards.

Family Membership — $800 per season

Available to married children of members over 25 who have children. Includes two key cards.

These membership categories provide the same level of club access as the primary membership.

Yes. Akwa Marina's guest policy allows members to bring grandparents and caretakers or nannies.

Grandparents and caretakers must be accompanied by a member throughout their visit.

Please contact our Marina Crew if you need clarification about registration requirements for your particular visit.

No. Members are not required to register guests simply to take them out on their own boat or a Boat Club boat.

However, guests who intend to use the Beach Club facilities must follow the applicable registration and guest access policies.

Under our guest pass policy, guests visiting the Beach Bar without using the Beach Club facilities do not require a separate Beach Club guest pass.

Explore Akwa Marina Beach Bar

Yes. Akwa Marina limits the number of registered guests to help maintain a comfortable experience for everyone.

Daily capacity may vary depending on whether it's a peak or non-peak day.

When the guest allocation has been reached, additional same-day passes cannot be issued.

We strongly recommend pre-registering whenever possible.

All guests who require registration must have a valid guest pass.

A $100 penalty applies for each unregistered guest, per day.

Repeated violations may result in the loss of guest privileges for the remainder of the season.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in following the guest registration policy.

Replacement key cards cost $100 each.

Memberships are not transferable, and all issued key cards must be returned when a membership ends.

Additional Junior, Couples, and Family Memberships associated with a primary membership terminate immediately if the primary membership ends or the member sells their Meredith Bay property, without a refund.

All members and guests are expected to follow Akwa Marina's rules and regulations.

We encourage members to review the rules regularly, as policies and procedures may change.
