Welcome to Akwa Marina Yacht Club, your gateway to waterfront living on Lake Winnipesaukee. If you've recently purchased or taken ownership of a property in the Meredith Bay community, we're delighted to welcome you. Complete our simple owner onboarding process to register your property, establish your marina account, and arrange access to our beautiful Beach Club and waterfront amenities. We look forward to helping you settle in and enjoy everything that makes life at Meredith Bay so special.
Getting Started Is Simple

Open the Registration Form
Begin your Akwa Marina onboarding by opening our secure DocuSign registration form. This process is required for new and resale property owners in Meredith Bay and helps us prepare your account for marina and Beach Club access.

Provide Your Information
Enter your property details and current contact information. We recommend using a personal email address, such as Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook, so we can stay connected even if your employment or work email changes.

Complete the Onboarding Fee
Pay the one-time onboarding fee securely by credit card during registration. This administrative fee covers account setup, ownership processing, and key card issuance. It is separate from any applicable slip leases, Boat Club membership, or other fees.

Sign & Submit
Review your information, sign the DocuSign form, and submit your registration. You'll receive a confirmation once your submission is complete. Our team typically processes registrations within 1–3 business days and will contact you regarding your key cards.

Who Needs to Register?
Our owner onboarding process is required for both new and resale property owners in the Meredith Bay community, including Akwa Vista, the Townhomes, Bluegill Lodge, The Lodges, Spindle View, and related properties.
Registration allows us to establish your Akwa Marina account, process your ownership information, and prepare your key cards for access to the marina and Beach Club.
Please note that onboarding is separate from HOA dues and any other membership or ownership arrangements associated with your property.
Before visiting, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our marina policies and access guidelines.

Collecting Your Key Cards
Once your completed registration has been processed, our team will contact you with information about collecting your key cards.
Key cards must be picked up from the Dock Crew at the dock hut during regular marina hours, or by prior arrangement. Beach Bar staff are unable to issue or distribute key cards.
For your first visit, park in the designated 15-minute loading zone and call the marina so our team can provide access through the gate.
Since the entrance requires a key card, please contact us upon arrival if you haven't received yours yet.
