  • The Three-Bedroom Retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms, three bathroom spaces, and approximately 1,800 square feet of living space.

    Sleeping arrangements include:

    • Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom

    • Second bedroom with a king-size bed

    • Third bedroom with a queen-size bed and twin trundle

    • Additional pullout sofa in the first-floor living area

    The first floor includes a half bathroom, while the second floor features a full bathroom and a three-quarter bathroom.

  • Our lakeside residence offers comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities for a relaxing getaway.

    Just a short walk from the residence, the Beach Club features a beautiful sandy beach, swimming pool, hot tub, swim raft, volleyball and bocce courts, outdoor pavilions, and welcoming gathering spaces.

    You can also enjoy delicious food and drinks at the Beach Bar and make the most of our waterfront amenities throughout your stay.

    Explore Weirs Beach for waterfront entertainment, restaurants, shops, arcades, and seasonal activities. Funspot offers classic arcade entertainment for the whole family, while nearby Meredith provides charming shops, restaurants, and beautiful lakeside scenery.

    During the summer, seasonal fireworks and community events make the area especially memorable.

  • Prime summer vacation weeks are offered as seven-night rentals, with Sunday-to-Sunday reservations.

    For other seasonal dates or shorter stays, please contact our rental team to confirm availability and applicable booking requirements.

  • The residence is primarily suited to warmer-weather stays. Although Lake Winnipesaukee offers beautiful winter scenery and nearby seasonal attractions, the home does not have heating.

  • Pets are not permitted in our vacation rental accommodations.
