    The home includes two king bedrooms, one bedroom with twin bunk beds, a fourth bedroom with a full-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.

  • The residence is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable lakeside getaway, including:

    • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances

    • Granite countertops and spacious dining island

    • Open-concept living and dining areas

  • Yes! Your stay includes access to Akwa Marina Beach Club during its operating season, typically May 15 through October 15.

    Enjoy a beautiful sandy beach, swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball and bocce courts, waterfront pavilions, and relaxing outdoor gathering areas.

    You can also enjoy food and drinks at the Beach Bar and participate in scheduled seasonal activities.

  • Prime summer vacation weeks are available as Sunday-to-Sunday rentals, offering a full week to enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding attractions.

    Other seasonal dates and shorter stays may be available depending on the reservation calendar.

  • Absolutely! The End Residence offers a wonderful setting for winter getaways, with easy access to skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and other seasonal activities.

    Gunstock Mountain is approximately 15 minutes away, making the property an excellent base for enjoying winter in New Hampshire.

    Please note that Akwa Marina and its waterfront amenities are closed during the winter season.

  • The residence is conveniently located near some of the Lakes Region's favorite destinations.

    Explore Weirs Beach for waterfront entertainment, restaurants, shops, arcades, and scenic train rides. Downtown Meredith is approximately five minutes away by car and offers a charming collection of shops and dining experiences.

    Families can also visit nearby Funspot, while outdoor enthusiasts can explore Gunstock Mountain and the surrounding natural beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee.
