Meredith Bay Owner Onboarding

Welcome to Akwa Marina. If you have recently purchased or taken ownership of a property in the Meredith Bay community (Akwa Vista, Townhomes, Bluegill Lodge / The Lodges, Spindle View, or related properties), this page is your starting point for marina and beach club access.

Completing the short onboarding process below allows us to set up your account, issue key cards, and grant full access to the marina and beach club amenities.

Who This Is For? This form is required for all new and resale owners in Meredith Bay. It is separate from any HOA dues or membership that may be included through the community.

How to Complete Onboarding

1. Click the button below to open the secure DocuSign form.
2. Fill in your property and contact information (please use a personal/cloud-based email such as Gmail, iCloud, or Outlook.com — work emails often change and cause communication issues).
3. Pay the one-time Onboarding Fee by credit card.
4. Sign and submit.

What Happens Next

• You will receive a confirmation after submitting.
• We process forms within 1–3 business days.
• Once your account is set up , we will contact you about key card pickup, or reach out if you need them ASAP.
• Key Card Pickup:
  • Key cards must be picked up from the dock crew at the dock hut during regular marina hours (or by prior arrangement). Beach bar staff cannot issue or hand out key cards.
  • How to get to the dock hut: Park in the 15-minute loading zone and call the marina so we can buzz you through the gate. (The gates require a key card, so you will need to call for access on your first visit.)

Important Notes

• The onboarding fee is a one-time administrative fee that covers account setup, processing the ownership change, and key card issuance. It is separate from slip leases, Boat Club membership, or other fees.
• Key cards and full access are issued only after the form is completed.
• Please review the current Marina Rules & Regulations and Beach Club policies (Available here)
• If you have questions about an existing slip allocation or boat club interest, you can note it on the form.
